ABSTRACT
In this paper we present 3 unified formulae for estimating nuclear binding energy associated with strong and weak interactions. Our approach is entirely different from currently believed semi empirical mass formulae. Based on the three formulae, it can be understood that, increasing number of up and down quarks helps in increasing nuclear binding energy and electroweak interaction helps in reducing nuclear binding energy.
