ABSTRACT
To study the impact of organised retail sector on unorganized retail market. Retailers, consumers, farmers and producers, and suppliers of the Kirana store serve as the four research samples. For testing the hypothesis, regression analysis has been used in this research data were analyzed with the help of SPSS v 20.The shift in customer behavior is the primary factor behind expanding the organised retail business in India. Consumer behaviour has changed due to rising incomes, altering lifestyles, and favorable demographic trends. Consumers now want to browse at locations that offer food, entertainment, and shopping all under one roof. This research is a modest effort to offer context to the debate in the nation that organized retail is seen to threaten the livelihood of many small retail business owners.
