ABSTRACT
This study addresses the need for a unified project management approach within Al-Qassim University by developing a novel Hybrid Project Management Model, integrating the structured governance of PRINCE2 with the comprehensive knowledge domains of the PMBOK Guide. By synthesizing PRINCE2’s ‘Why’ and ‘What’ focus with PMBOK’s ‘How’ processes, this research provides a practical framework tailored for managing diverse campus development projects. The proposed model enhances project control, streamlines processes, and improves stakeholder alignment, offering a standardized, best-practice solution for university infrastructure and initiatives.
