ABSTRACT
This article investigates the importance of pedagogical training technologies in organizing, the ways of training and enriching qualified personnel as whole. In addition, training quality and enhancement opportunities are analyzed in order to achieve a new level of developments. Furthermore, clarification of the purpose of the training sessions in this article, design, educational goals, classes to be tutorial separate episodes, the methods by teachers’ targets in major character. The goal is to convert the assignment of students, use of interactive training methods in the training process. Gained outcomes and shortcomings make better development for the further perspectives of investigation.
